One of the great evening activities for visitors is a trip down to glow worm glen. With a bit of care you can ensure to see a great light show while minimising impact on these luminescent locals.

Yoga
Yoga for dancers is for all those who wish to get to know their body better, make it healthier, stronger and softer, in one word: to feel better. What dancers know is that it is not enough to only practice dance movement technique, we need to also work on our body and our mind, to develop as dancers more quickly and correctly. Beautiful movements come naturally from a healthy body and a happy and calm mind.
Feldenkrais
Guard against sore feet, aching knees & hips with Kathi’s Feldenkrais lessons. These Awareness Through Movement lessons show you easy ways to align your body for maximum ease & grace while giving you strategies for a quicker recovery after long sessions of dancing. Feldenkrais exercises increase your awareness of how you can move efficiently.
Come to the workshop in loose comfortable clothes and bring a towel or mat to lie on. Sunday 29th Nov. 10 -11am in the conference room.
